Elkhart Plastics’ history begins in 1988, when it was originally founded as Elkhart Plastics Our President, Jack Welter, first joined the company in 1989. Mr. Welter has now been with the company for more than 27 years. Elkhart Plastic started out serving the RV industry with water and holding tanks in Elkhart County. Today, Elkhart Plastics supplies more than 30 different industries. Elkhart Plastics manufactures more than 250,000 pieces of marine furniture per year, 250,000 RV tanks, and 120,000 diesel and DEF tanks with our process: product design and engineering, mold making, manufacturing, secondary assembly, and storage and shipping.
