TQS began when our founder and president, Chris Straw, was working as a part-time quality liaison at GM - Fort Wayne. Chris saw such a demand for his services that he founded Team Quality Services, a company dedicated to helping suppliers deliver quality to their customers. Since then, TQS has expanded to three countries with reps at every OEM in North America. The company has also diversified, adding four other quality-related services to our customers: Engineer Staffing, Inspection, Oil & Gas, and Supplier Quality Improvement.
